At EasyFile, your privacy and data security are our utmost priority. We collect and process user credentials and tax data exclusively to facilitate your tax calculations and filing processes. We employ military-grade encryption and strict access controls to ensure your sensitive information remains completely confidential.
In strict compliance with the relevant tax ordinances and regulatory requirements, user credentials and all associated tax filing data are securely retained for a mandatory period of 6 years. This retention ensures that your historical data is available for legal compliance, potential audits, and your future reference. After this period, data is securely purged from our systems.
We do not sell, rent, or unauthorizedly share your personal or financial data with any third parties. Data is only shared with official government tax authorities (e.g., FBR) when explicitly authorized by you during the final filing submission process.
